SANTA CLARA, CA- The global community realized Sunday that human beings are capable of acceptance. The shift in mentality is believed to have been prompted by Coldplay’s performance at Super Bowl 50’s halftime show. A rainbow-colored concert featuring Beyonce Knowles and Bruno Mars ended with the message “believe in love”. Audience members reacted by locking arms and swaying with solidarity. One viewer commented, “I guess I just never thought that Beyonce and Bruno would sing a Coldplay song. If they can do that, how hard is accepting the people around me?”
The London band had reportedly been attending Ultimate Frisbee pick-up games in the months leading up to the Super Bowl, and attributed their inspiration to the people they encountered while playing the up-and-coming sport. When asked to comment on their half-time performance, lead singer, Chris Martin, said simply, “Peace, love and rainbow hydro shorts.”
Coldplay announced they will be playing for Kent Touch This during the 2016 club season.
